Sunday, June 8, is Pentecost Sunday.

Don't forget to wear red.

This is a reminder that there will be a potluck picnic Sunday, June 8, after the 10am service.  We will NOT be grilling so we are looking for main dishes, salads or desserts.

So far, we have:

Main dish - Ruth Neveu, Katie Chipman-Bergsma
Salad - Diane Horst, Margaret Stiling, and Cal Woodard
Dessert - Fran McCall, David Cook, Katie Chipman-Bergsma

It is never too late to turn in a Pledge Card or request envelopes.  Let Pam know if you would like envelopes.

Besides giving to the church to keep things running, we have another place donations can be made.

The "Youth Activity Fund."  This fund will help cover costs for youth functions that are planned by Katie Chipman-Begsma and the MST.  Donations will always be welcome to help fund these activities.  Please remember to put "Youth Activities" on the check memo line.

Pancake Breakfasts are always held after the 10 a.m. service on the second Sunday of the month, with the exception of  June, July, and August.

One last thing, another way to give back to St. James' is to volunteer or get involved when asked.

It takes all of us to keep St. James' going.
