Healing Service - Once a Quarter

DATES TO REMEMBER

The MST has paused the Wednesday Morning Healing Service for the summer.  There will be a healing service once a quarter.  Dates will be announced later.

Community Gardens Update - Seeds and seedlings are in the dirt. There is a watering calendar at the garden.  Move the white "I watered 10 & 11" next to the day of the week you watered. If it rained, feel free to move the blue "Rain" marker, too. We have a sign-up sheet to "Adopt a Watering Day" at the church. Choose a day of the week to water if there isn't any rain.

Sunday, July 21 - Sherman Park Beach Service at 10:30 a.m.  There will be a sign-up sheet at the back of the church.  If you would like to help grill, let Dave Cook know by email  musicnut2161@gmail.com or by phone (906) 203-6656

Watch the e-newsletter and bulletin for further details.

It is never too late to turn in a Pledge Card or request envelopes.  Let Pam know if you would like envelopes.

Besides giving to the church to keep things running, we have another place donations can be made.

The "Youth Activity Fund."  This fund will help cover costs for youth functions that are planned by Katie Chipman-Begsma and the MST.  Donations will always be welcome to help fund these activities.  Please remember to put "Youth Activities" on the check memo line.

Pancake Breakfasts are always held after the 10 a.m. service on the second Sunday of the month, with the exception of  June, July, and August.

One last thing, another way to give back to St. James' is to volunteer or get involved when asked.

It takes all of us to keep St. James' going.
